About me
I am a design leader focused on evolving culture and processes to develop and mature UX teams, enabling them to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and customers. I leverage my expertise running design businesses, developing people, and in Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) practices to craft inventive people-centric programs that meet the demands of the new workforce and deliver business results.
After 11 years of experience in studio leadership, operations and program management delivering user-centered design solutions to Fortune 100 companies, I became the Head of Global Inclusion & Diversity for the design consultancy Fjord before becoming an independent DEI and operations consultant. Currently I am an Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase, leading People Experience for the Consumer and Community Bank’s UX team. My team focuses on culture, learning, and organizational design programs designed to create an environment where designers can thrive, do meaningful work, and grow themselves and their careers. I am currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in I/O Psychology focused on the future of work and workplace well-being.
Originally from Chicago, I have been in NYC long enough to be called a New Yorker, though I love to escape the city for downhill skiing, hiking, traveling, and making art with the youngsters in my life. My pronouns are she/her/hers.
